Your Mission: As the Building Manager, you'll be the guardian of physical space, responsible for everything from maintenance to security. Here's what your journey will entail:
Building Management: Lead the charge in preserving and enhancing buildings, ensuring they remain vibrant and fully functional.
Project Management: Oversee capital projects with finesse, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Tenant Operations: Manage relationships with our tenants, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with lease obligations.
Budget Oversight: Keep a keen eye on finances, managing budgets and procurement activities to maximize value.
Sustainability Leadership: Champion environmental initiatives and drive strategies to reduce our organizational impact on the environment.
Safety & Security: Prioritize the safety of our staff and visitors, implementing best practices and liaising with stakeholders to minimize risks.
ICT Infrastructure: Ensure our IT systems are robust and optimized, supporting digital initiatives.
Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate our Facilities team to deliver excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Demonstrable experience in facilities management, preferably in a public venue.
• A proven track record in managing building projects, particularly on listed buildings.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
