Job description

George Eliot Kindergarten are currently recruiting for a Full time Deputy Manager with a minimum NVQ Level 3 childcare qualifications to join one of our well established settings within the Coventry Area.

You will have the following qualifications, training and experience:

Minimum NVQ level 3 childcare and education.
Understanding of the EYFS framework.
Experience and knowledge of safeguarding practice
Previous supervisory experience (Room Leader role or higher)
You will still remain room-based but will be expected to take on a more senior role with more responsibility.
Any application will only be confirmed if a satisfactory enhanced disclosure is obtained from the DBS, supported by references and satisfactory right to work checks.
