Salary: £17,000 – £20,000 per annum
A modern, successful and award winning Full Service Marketing Agency are looking for creative, intelligent and driven graduates to join their team. You must have a passion for developing a long and successful career within full service marketing and be based locally to South West London/Surrey.
The Role:
The agency listens to their clients own wisdom, to fully understand what’s unique about them. They explore the media landscape around them and seek genuine insights from their staff and customers. They hand-pick the right creatives resource for each project, to come up with strategic marketing that sends clear benefits to their target audience.

As a young and growing agency, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with the director and gain immediate exposure into the entire marketing process from strategy development to campaign delivery.

You’ll need to be an enthusiastic and personable graduate with strong communication and organisation skills.
The role involves assisting in the management of creative deliverables like printed literature, mailings, emails, banner advertising, press ads, websites and apps to a business audience. You’ll have day-to-day contact with clients, designers and suppliers to manage communications that successfully achieve the client’s objectives. From understanding client feedback to accurately briefing in and reviewing artwork amends, you’ll need to add value by providing strong attention to detail and an intelligent common sense filter for all job changes.
