Bailey Employment Services are looking for an Engineering Manager for our client in Holme On Spalding Moor in a full time permanent position. The successful applicant will be experienced in working in a changing and challenging, food manufacturing environment with a good knowledge of introducing Lean Techniques.
Essential Skills:
Extensive practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering 60% Electrical, 40% Mechanical with at least 17th Edition qualification
Hours of operation of the business 24/7 so will need to be flexible to meet the demands of the business
Desirable Skills:
Experience in a Food production environment
Food hygiene qualification
NEBOSH / IOSH qualification
Hours, Salary and Benefits:
An immediate start can be available for the successful candidate with a handover from the current Engineering Manager
Salary is £40,000 to £50,000 per annum subject to skills and experience
Working hours are static Monday – Friday between 7:30am-5pm subject to workload with some occasional weekend work to cover holidays and peak periods
40/45 hours per week subject to the needs of the business
28 days holiday per year including bank holidays
Contributory pension
28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
