Remuneration: Circa £135,000 Take Home pay based on 5 days

Description: Part time/Full Time Performer Dentist required in a well-established, NEWLY REFURBISHED & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Rochester, Kent.
•     EXCELLENT PRIVATE EARNING POTENTIAL
•             £135,000 TAKE HOME achievable based on 5 days per week
•             £13.50+ per UDA
•             50% split on Private & Labs
•             Existing, well maintained patient list
•             Periodontist, Endodontist, Implantologist & Invisalign specialist on-site
•             6 Fully computerised surgeries, Dentally Software
•             iTero Scanner, Digital x-rays, Rotary Endo
•             Air Conditioned            
•             Full support team with Hygienists, Treatment Co-ordinator
•             HR & Marketing team on-site
•             On-site Parking
•             Available immediately, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
