- Develop and implement demand planning strategies to optimise inventory levels and meet customer demands
- Collaborate with cross–functional teams to gather data and forecast demand accurately
- Analyse sales forecasts and historical data to identify trends and make informed decisions
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure they align with demand planning targets
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance demand planning processes
- Oversee and manage the demand planning process, including forecasting, scheduling, and order management
- Provide regular reports and analysis on demand planning performance to senior management
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in demand planning
Job Requirements
- Significant experience in demand planning within the Procurement Supply Chain sector
- Strong analytical and problem–solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross–functional environment
- Proficiency in demand planning software and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Flexibility to work onsite every day
