Job Description:
As a Driver's Mate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the driver in delivering professional vehicle cleaning products to the trade customers across the region. Working alongside our experienced drivers, you will assist with loading and unloading products, navigating routes, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the driver in loading and unloading vehicle cleaning products onto the delivery vehicle.
- Navigate routes and provide directions to the driver as needed.
- Deliver products to trade customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure accurate completion of delivery paperwork and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions from the driver.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying heavy items.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
- Previous experience as a driver's mate or in a similar role preferred but not essential.
