Quantity Surveyor – Co Tyrone 

We are working with a successful NI contractor who are seeking to appoint their new Quantity Surveyor to join them in County Tyrone. 

Working across a variety of projects you will; 

• Negotiation and appointment of subcontractors
• Managing the main contract and subcontractor packages
• Remeasurement of works
• Agreement of payment applications & final accounts
• Ensuring EWN/CE’s etc are applied for
• Liaising with Contract & Site Managers to deliver the project on time and within budget

What we are looking for….

• Previous experience working within a QS Role ideally with a 3rd level education 
• NEC experience 
• Knowledge of social housing / Housing Executive is beneficial 

Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
