Making the decision to enter treatment can be an intimidating experience for the people we support. You can make a difference.
As a Volunteer with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.
t Change Grow Live we strive to ensure our services are warm and welcoming environments and your role will play a key part in achieving this.
You will support our reception staff in being the first point of contact when people visit our hubs, with an expectation for you to greet all our visitors in a prompt and friendly manner.
You will make people’s waits for their appointments more engaging and comfortable by offering and providing a beverage if they would like one and be on hand to provide a listening ear if needed.
Through your interactions and conversations with people, you will share any advice or information you feel may be helpful in their recoveries. This could be information about support options available within our service or through other community organisations.
