TAR Planner will be a member of the Operations Team, reporting to the Production Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
•
Consistent approach and use of systems in the planning and monitoring progress of TARs
•
Consolidation of activity readiness data form all functions
•
Timely production and update of TAR plans reflecting each functions input
•
Timely submission of TAR activities for integration in IAP plans
•
Preparation and facilitation of TAR meetings
•
Production and distribution of all materials – plans and action trackers prior to meeting
•
Facilitation of TAR planning meetings – follow up actions and plan updates
•
Process compliance and TAR performance tracking
•
Production and distribution of TAR KPIs trackers with relevant stakeholders
•
Develop and share TAR Plans
•
Consolidate activity information from all functions into TAR draft plans
•
Prepare and manage TAR readiness tool
•
Liaise with TAR team and JO’s to group/sequence activities
•
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts by working with TAR Coordinator, Maintenance Planner and functions
•
Apply IAP inclusion criteria to TAR activities raise
•
Create and prepare scenarios to support arbitration during TAR meetings
•
Issue plans and actions to relevant stakeholders
•
Ensure planning meetings and all stakeholders adhere to TAR process
•
Challenge non-conforming activities both in planning meeting and in TAR tool
•
Responsible for updating progress on existing project plans and working with stakeholders.
Essential
•
Extensive years of maintenance or TAR planning experience with an Oil and Gas Operator
•
Track record of excellence in turnaround planning preferred
•
Proficient in Primavera P6
•
Highly organised and digitally able individual
Desirable
•
SAP experience
•
Project planning experience
•
Understanding of offshore operations
