Job description
HGV Technician / HGV Fitter
- Basic salary of up to £36,400.
- OTE of £39,000.
- Working Hours - 40 hour week: Monday to Friday (Week 1: 6-2; Week 2: 2-10).
- 1 in 2 Saturdays 6am - 2 pm paid as overtime.
- Our client is seeking applications from passionate and experienced HGV Technicians, with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in HGV Mechanics.

We are currently seeking a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter on behalf of our Client, an Automotive regionally renowned commercial vehicle distributor based in the Grantham area.
The successful HGV Technician / HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £36,400 with OTE of circa £39,000.
Hours of work for this HGV Technician job are Monday to Friday (Week 1: 6:00 - 2:00 and Week 2: 2:00 - 10:00).
Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter to join their busy team, this is a full-time HGV Technician position and our Client is looking for an experienced HGV Technician.
Typical Duties of a HGV Technician for our client include, but are not limited to:
- Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
- Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
- Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
- Completion of MOT preparation
Requirements of this HGV Technician vacancy:
- Previous working experience within a HGV Technician / Fitter role
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent mechanical knowledge
- A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
