Role Overview: As a Property Litigation Solicitor at this firm, you will handle a diverse caseload of property litigation matters. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for both junior and experienced solicitors to develop their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, possession claims, boundary disputes, and property-related contract disputes.
- Provide expert legal advice, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court or alternative dispute resolution forums.
- Collaborate with a team of legal professionals, providing and receiving support, contributing to the overall success of the firm.
- Maintain strong client relationships, delivering high-quality service and tailored legal solutions.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in property litigation.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working in a team environment.
- Commitment to delivering excellent client service.
- Ideally, experience in dealing with commercial and residential property disputes.
