Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager on an interim basis for our client based in Felixstowe.  Initially for a 12 month period, this is an interim role covering maternity leave and is based onsite.  The main responsibility of this role is to manage a team of employee relations specialists, and managing the relationship with the Unions. Alongside this you will manage the advisory Occupational Health service and will assist in the setting the strategic direction of the ER and OH provisions, with support from the HR Director.

The predominant ER requirement is managing and developing of the ER team, however you will be involved in more complex cases and will offer expertise and guidance on organisation wide people related activities.

Candidates should have significant previous HR Management experience in a complex organisation and a track record of leading and motivating a team.
