Our client is hiring now for Senior Customer Service Coordinators could this be you!
KEY INFORMATION:
- Offering a salary ofper annum based on experience
- Located near Walsall West Midlands
- Permanent fulltime contract
- Working hours are Monday Friday 8am 5pm (40 hours per week)
- May require occasional weekend phone cover
Tasks
- Coordinating other members of staff in line with business demands
- Effectively handling customer enquiries and complaints by phone or email
- Ensuring industryrelated compliance is followed by all members of staff
- Conducting performance reviews and disciplinary procedures as required
- Effectively managing a team of operational staff with their daytoday tasks
- Completing relevant audits which are typically every 6 months
- Developing mentoring and training junior staff members as required
- Encouraging improved team performance to meet companyled targets and KPIs
- Multitasking whilst working to strict deadlines and changing priorities
- Identifying areas of improvement within the operational delivery of services
- Providing cover for other Senior Management staff during absences
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the transport / logistics industry
- A minimum of 1 years experience in management including handling disciplinaries
- Should be an excellent team player with experience of successfully motivating teams
- Must have a valid National CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
- Should offer strong transport logistics and local geographical knowledge
- Must be IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate great relationship people and resource management skills
- Should be adaptable to changing priorities and business needs
- Must be highly organised and able to work to strict deadlines
- Experience within the waste management industry is advantageous
- Must be a great team player who can motivate others well
