We are looking for a dedicated and reliable person, to provide transport and administrative support to an Employability Coach in the Nottingham area. We require someone with use of their own car to provide support on Tuesday’s and Friday’s.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to use existing supportive and organizational skills to really make a difference.
About the Role:
As an Administrative Support Worker driver, your responsibilities will include:
• Working with a visually impaired individual and meeting community members and service members
• Transporting the individual during the working day, supporting their role (when required)
• Taking and typing up comprehensive notes and proof-reading work
• General ad hoc administrative/ PA duties
• Providing sighted guidance whilst out in the community
• Have the ability to complete research and data analysis and provide comprehensive notes
About You:
You will be able to demonstrate:
• A high level of written/verbal communication and professionalism
• Have a good understanding of sensory impairment and disabilities
• Excellent computer skills
• Have a valid DBS and be able to provide proof (required, or be willing to obtain one)
• Have a full UK Driving License and access to own car with business class insurance
• Demonstrate a high level of trust, integrity with a good understanding of confidentiality
• Punctual, organised and reliable
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to different locations within the Southampton area
• Excellent observational skills, with an eye for detail
• Be available for work on
Pay, Hours and Benefits:
In return for your work, you will be paid £14.35 per hour with fuel costs reimbursed, where used within work.
Holiday pay supported and paid alongside pension contribution.
This position is for 14 hours per week
