Job description
A local authority based in London is seeking a Childcare Paralegal for an initial period of three months initially. This is a temporary position.
The council will require someone to pick up a full and varied caseload from the outset. You will need to have experience handling a caseload of S.7 and S.37 reports, preparing bundles, managing a PLO caseload, liaising with counsel, supporting the solicitors, and drafting witness statements. Previous experience supporting a busy childcare team is essential.
This is a hybrid working role so candidates must be able to attend the London office on a weekly basis. Local government experience would be advantageous.
