Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to play a part in evolving COPFS through the management of key digital programmes and initiatives to meet COPFS organisational aims and objectives.

As our Lead Digital Programme Manager, you will make an impact within COPFS as we enter a phase of significant transformation delivering victim and witness products and services and transforming the way we work within our organisation.
You should be able to utilise your effective leadership and interpersonal communication skills to create a sense of community amongst the Programme and Project teams. To succeed in this role, you should be conscientious in your approach to work, utilising your previous leadership and Programme Manager experience to showcase your high-level skills in organisation, discipline, persistence and reliability.
This is a fantastic time to join COPFS’s Information Services Division as part of the Senior Leadership Team, as we oversee a period of innovative work to facilitate real technical change and development within COPFS. As the Lead Programme Manager, you will work closely with colleagues to set the technical direction for the organisation and continuously employing your ability to manage multiple large programmes and interrelated projects simultaneously, navigating them through to completion.
