Title: Sales Team Leader
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Location: Hybrid Working (typically 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
Holiday: 25 days including your birthday plus public holidays

The Role:
- We are looking for a professional, inspiring and motivational Sales Team Leader to drive a team of Sales Specialists to deliver and exceed sales targets, unlocking individual and team potential.
- You will work closely with the Sales Coach to deliver key business objectives across the sales team, reporting into the Head of Operations.
- You are a strong communicator with exceptional leadership and people skills who is passionate about sales and people in order to drive a successful sales culture. You will have a proven track record in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- You will have extensive sales experience and a strong understanding of sales methodologies and performance management, analysing daily, weekly and monthly performance.
- You are passionate about sales and will analyse and streamline the sales journey to improve efficiency and maintain standard operating procedures.
The main responsibilities will require you to (but not be limited to):
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure achievement of targets
- Motivate team members to be the best version of their sale-selfs
- Line manage Sales Specialists team
- Maintain quality assurance checks for each team member ensuring compliance and consistency
- Deliver daily sales meetings to inspire, motivate and set daily sales targets, feeding into weekly and monthly targets
- Create a strong sales culture and trialling new ways of working e.g. sales methodologies/ frameworks
- Be a key point of contact for general team queries, quickly responding to and dealing with issues effectively
- Challenge normality by trialling new ways of working
- Drive and encouraging the company values throughout the team, always leading by example
- Collect, organise, and analyse sales data to generate insights and track KPIs
- Create and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards to aid decision-making
- Utilise data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, reporting statistics daily to the Head of Operations
- Manage performance and absence in line with HR processes
- Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical standards
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and drive enhancements
- Lead recruitment to identify future sales talent in line with growth

- Leadership abilities and experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to evaluate, implement, and manage sales and automation tools that enhance productivity
- Appetite to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies
