Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for ensuring smooth operations in the digital realm? Look no further! Our esteemed client, , is seeking a dynamic individual to join their ranks as a 2nd line support Specialist.
Duration: 3-month contract.
Pay Rate: £14.50 to £15.50 per hour.
Location: 5 days a week, on-site in Melksham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting Up Accounts for Third Parties: You'll be entrusted with the crucial task of establishing and managing accounts for external entities, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication channels.
- Administering Microsoft 365: Dive deep into the world of Microsoft 365, managing licenses, configurations, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise to maintain peak productivity.
- Investigating and Diagnosing Technical Issues: Your keen eye for detail and technical prowess will be put to the test as you delve into technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: From routine maintenance to proactive troubleshooting, you'll be the go-to expert for resolving any technical hiccups that may impede operations.
- Managing Security Patching and Updates: Stay ahead of the curve by managing security patching and updates, ensuring our clients' systems are fortified against potential threats.
