Job description
I am working with a client in the public sector to find a Senior Service Designer to join their Business and Enterprise Applications Team on a permanent basis.
As a Senior Solutions Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective design, implementation, and transition of enterprise-sized applications. Responsibilities include procurement activities, translating requirements into design documents, workshop facilitation, project planning, risk management, test scenario design, implementation support, and post-go-live assistance.
You'll collaborate within a tight-knit team of designers, adhering to process-driven methodologies aligned with ITIL standards. Experience with IT Service Management processes is desirable.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum three years in IT solution design or related fields, with a proven track record in scoping, designing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions.
Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong working relationships, mentor junior staff, and transfer knowledge effectively.
Dedication to customer satisfaction, adept at building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks efficiently, and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.
