Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Multi-Skilled Engineer with a strong electrical bias to join our client's dynamic team in Lincolnshire. This role offers a 2's & 3's/ panama Day shift schedule, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of production machinery during 2's & 3's/ panama Day shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently to minimise production downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities to uphold equipment reliability and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Uphold the company's values of innovation and passion in all aspects of work.
Requirements:
- Electrically qualified with proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and control systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to upholding company values, including innovation and passion.
