A fantastic opportunity has a risen for a Nursing Home Manager to join an exclusive care provider in the Shrewsbury. A reputable care provider is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and committed registered nurse to join as Nursing Home Manager working with service users who are mainly frail elderly with some suffering from the diagnosis of dementia
Applicants must be experienced Home Managers, with a relevant management qualification and significant proven experience of successfully running nursing homes.
A highly competitive remuneration package awaits the successful candidate, to include an annual salary of up to £55k p.a. Job Requirements for Nursing Home Manager:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• General management of the nursing areas
The ideal Nursing Home Manager :
• Hold a current Nurse pin or a non-nurse with extensive Nursing Home Management experience
• Excellent communication skills, an honest & open management style & a passion for elderly care
The ideal person will be required to have thorough experience of the elderly care sector. You should ideally be Nurse qualified (either RGN / RMN), however, non-nurse qualified care home managers will also be considered.
