Overview of Role FinTrU are looking for a Senior Product Development QA Engineer to join our Technology team.

What can you expect in this role:
Working locally on the global stage to support the building out of innovative SaaS products within an Agile Framework, you will interact with multiple disciplines, such as Data Science, InfoSec, DevOps, Architecture, Product and Program Management, contributing to our culture of Engineering and QA excellence.
- Implement FinTrU's Product strategy using proven frameworks and cutting-edge technology stacks to accomplish the end goal.
- Research, design, build, and enhance, new and existing, robust QA framework solutions to accommodate changes to solutions ensuring it is scalable, reliable, and maintainable.

- Delivering and driving testing strategies within the QA Automation testing realm on new web-based applications and conducting effective defect management processes

The experience required for this role: - 6+ years within a Software Development environment as QA engineer, with hands on testing and automation experience included in this timeframe.
- Code : .Net (or other object oriented language), OOP skills, REST API design testing experience and familiarity
- Data : RMDBS & No-SQL (OLTP and OLAP) structured and unstructured data skills (query, modelling, indexing), Caching (Redis or other), search engine and indexing (Elastic or other stack) testing experience and familiarity
- Messaging with Apache Kafka / Azure Service Bus testing experience
- Experience in performance, scalability, failover and stress testing; including the building of these testing phases
- Hosting environment docker, kubernetes, Microsoft Azure familiarity
- Machine Learning exposure- Desired
- Infrastructure as code
- Coaching and mentoring more junior team members
