Role Profile:
Cast UK are supporting a dynamic and rapidly growing B2B Retailer. With a strong commitment to providing high-quality products/services and fostering long-term partnerships, they have established ourselves as a leader in the market. As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the team, working across London & the South East.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and promoting our products/services within the B2B market. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of the B2B retail landscape, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services to clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Key Requirements
Proven track record of successful business development in Food/Food Service/Packaging sector would be advantageous
Get up and go attitude
Ability to travel across the UK if needed
Strong communication skills
Ability to influence stakeholders, both internally and externally
