Job Description
Main tasks / responsibilities:
- Support analysis of Cybersecurity requirements from the customer
- Provide Cybersecurity Management (incl. alignment, coordination, and monitoring of internal and external Cybersecurity activities)
- Development and alignment of the Cybersecurity Plan (internal and with supplier(s))
- Support development of Cybersecurity concepts (incl. TaRa)
- Alignment of Cybersecurity requirements with customer and GKN Engineering teams
- Working closely together with the GKN Engineering teams within implementation, analysis, and verification/validation of Cybersecurity requirements
- Support within verification of Cybersecurity concepts
- Support to production side to ensure that Cybersecurity concepts achieved through production
- Compilation and maintaining of the Cybersecurity Case according to ISO/SAE 21434
- Evaluation and presentation of Cybersecurity status in the project (to internal and external stakeholders)
- Close collaboration with Project Management, Quality Department and Functional Safety Management
Management of Cybersecurity Vulnerabilities Cybersecurity Incident Responses during and after SOP
Required skills
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, IT-Security, Electronics or similar
- Proven experience as Cybersecurity Manager in Automotive development or Embedded SW development with advanced expertise in conducting TARAs
- Profound knowledge of the relevant automotive Cybersecurity standard ISO/SAE 21434 is mandatory (a personnel certificate is of benefit)
- Profound knowledge of UNECE R155/156 is mandatory
- Profound knowledge about cryptography as well as its applications (signature procedures, hardware security modules, PKI, protocols, etc.)
- Experience with Cybersecurity incident response in the automotive environment
- High problem-solving competence, very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong team and communication skills
- Solution oriented way of working and keep on track even in critical situations
- Good English language skills in reading & writing (German language is of benefit)
