Are you a Tier 1 contractor Site Manager looking to take your career to the next level?

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Site Manager working on a £50m design & build project on an Industrial Unit in Greater Manchester.

You will be working for one of the UK's leading construction companies on a brand-new project. You will be overseeing the operational management from the design stage to completion. You will be responsible of a large team of sub-contractors, ensuring all work is being completed to high standards.

The company is a multi-disciplinary main contractor with a great deal of experience delivering across multiple sectors of the construction industry including commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructure projects. Experience/ Qualifications Required

• Experience of overseeing larger value projects £20m+ from start to completion
• Proven track record of delivery as a Site Manager ideally with experience of commercial & industrial steel frame , concrete frame units
• Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to deal with any issues that quickly & efficiently
• Adhering to high standards of health & safety & build quality
