Due to our expansion, we are offering you the chance to join an award-winning education recruitment agency as an Education Recruitment Consultant . You'll receive a competitive base salary ranging from £20,000 to £40,000, depending on your experience, along with ample opportunities for career advancement and a high earning potential.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE?
As an Education Recruitment Consultant , your primary responsibility will be recruiting teaching staff, both on a temporary and permanent basis for schools. This role encompasses the full 360-degree recruitment process, which includes cold calling and new business development, as well as candidate sourcing and interviewing.

You should possess resilience and tenacity, along with excellent communication skills to build authentic relationships, which are crucial for success. You must be determined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, capable of problem-solving and thinking on your feet to meet targets in a dynamic environment.

The role offers flexibility with a hybrid work arrangement, splitting your time between the office and remote work.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR WORKING HOURS?
During term time, your hours will be 7 am to 5 pm (with a 4 pm finish on Fridays).
After your probation period, the hours will be 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
In school holidays, you will work from 9 am to 3:30 pm.
