ABOUT US:

We are Central Worthing Primary Care Network.

We are a Team of Health Care professionals that Provide Nursing Care within the home environment-In and around the Worthing areas to those people that are unable to attend other venues for their Care.

We are a busy dynamic hard working Team that require an administrator to play a pivotal Role in ensuring the delivery of Our Service runs smoothly.

We require a person who can:

Act as a key point of contact for a clinical service.

Ensure that patients, other members of the public, external stakeholders and colleagues within the Trust receive a courteous and supportive response to a range of queries and requests for information.

The Team administrator here plays a key role in organising and supporting The Team so they can function safely and effectively-knowing that the administration support is in safe hands.

Main duties of the job

Job SummaryA. Acts as a key point of contact for a clinical service. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Assists the Team Leader with any review of office or administrative procedures byinviting and collating feedback from clinical and administrative colleagues.Contributes own ideas and suggestions.B. Arranges team meetings and multi-agency case review meetings. Co-ordinatesdiaries, books venues and refreshments and sends out papers and other relevantinformation.C. Allocates work to new or less experienced staff. Provides day to day guidance andsupport on administrative issues and queries. Assists with the recruitment, appraisal,supervision and development of administrative assistants in the service.D. Responsible for stock control and ordering..E. Ensures that electronic or paper patient, staff and other service records are filedaccurately in an easily accessible system and kept secure.
