Job summary ABOUT US:
We are Central Worthing Primary Care Network.
We are a Team of Health Care professionals that Provide Nursing Care within the home environment-In and around the Worthing areas to those people that are unable to attend other venues for their Care.
We are a busy dynamic hard working Team that require an administrator to play a pivotal Role in ensuring the delivery of Our Service runs smoothly.
We require a person who can:
Act as a key point of contact for a clinical service.
Ensure that patients, other members of the public, external stakeholders and colleagues within the Trust receive a courteous and supportive response to a range of queries and requests for information.
The Team administrator here plays a key role in organising and supporting The Team so they can function safely and effectively-knowing that the administration support is in safe hands.
Main duties of the job Job SummaryA. Acts as a key point of contact for a clinical service. Ensure that patients, othermembers of the public, external stakeholders and colleagues within the Trust receivea courteous and supportive response to a range of queries and requests forinformation.B. Plays a key role in organising and supporting casework reviews and other multiagencymeetings. They will ensure that patient records are kept up to date andsecure and respond to queries and requests for advice from the administrativesupport team.

Job description Job responsibilities Key ResponsibilitiesA. Assists the Team Leader with any review of office or administrative procedures byinviting and collating feedback from clinical and administrative colleagues.Contributes own ideas and suggestions.B. Arranges team meetings and multi-agency case review meetings. Co-ordinatesdiaries, books venues and refreshments and sends out papers and other relevantinformation.C. Allocates work to new or less experienced staff. Provides day to day guidance andsupport on administrative issues and queries. Assists with the recruitment, appraisal,supervision and development of administrative assistants in the service.D. Responsible for stock control and ordering..E. Ensures that electronic or paper patient, staff and other service records are filedaccurately in an easily accessible system and kept secure.
Person Specification Qualifications/Previous experience/willing to work towards Essential - (GCSE or equivalent) in maths and English language or able to demonstrate equivalent competence.
- Pre experience of working in an administrative Role
- Able to demonstrate that can work in a fast paced office with a diverse range of Professionals and Visitors
- Organisational Skills that are Priority Focused
Desirable - Able to organise meetings, ensuring a range of people are brought together at the same time and have the correct information
- Able to work as part of a team and ensure that clinical and managerial colleagues are wellsupported and not required to frequently get involved in administrative matters.
- Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office software to create attractive and well laid-out documents and presentations. Able to use Microsoft Outlook for diary, workload and email management. Fast, accurate keyboard skills. Able to carry out basic calculations using Microsoft Excel.
- Able to write clear meeting minutes or notes. Able to listen to and accurately represent the views of others when inviting feedback about administrative matters
Qualifications/Able to demonstrate/Willing to work towards Essential - Clear Communication skills
