A much-valued client is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a fantastic Nursing home in the Lesmahagow area. The role would suit a RGN/RMN who has experience within elderly care as this home caters for the elderly within the private market.
As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice. You'll oversee all aspects of your shift and continuously assess, plan, and evaluate residents' needs to implement a person-centred care plan. You'll also mentor your team members and role-model best practice.
To be considered, you must be a current NMC (RGN) registered nurse with excellent communication and report writing skills, you should have an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
