Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile supplier statements and address discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies.
- Manage and process employee expenses, maintaining precise records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address inquiries and build positive relationships.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the purchase ledger function.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger role.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
