Are you an Electrical/Maintenance Supervisor looking to take a leading role within a globally renowned business who are known for investing in staff long term?

In this role you supervise most electrical activities on site, in a predominantly office based position which will see you take responsibility for department KPI's for machinery downtime and undertake any improvements necessary to optimise performance. There will be an expectations to work to the high levels of health and safety the company are known for.

This role suits an Electrical Supervisor/Maintenance Supervisor with an Electrical bias, looking to further their career within an industry leading business.

The Role:

• Supervision of the electrical department including a team of technicians
• Hitting KPI's for maintenance / machinery performance
• Monday - Friday days, with a 1 in 6 call out cover

The Person:

• Leadership experience within manufacturing / industrial environment
• Electrical engineering background
• Looking for a role off the tools within the senior team of a flagship site
