This is a remote role you are able to work from home. It requires calling candidates that apply for our various roles and certain intervals to ensure they engage and complete our recruitment process. The new team member will be the candidates "goto" through the process they will call applicants as they apply introducing themselves and the company and ensuring the candidate is confident the role is suitable for them and advising on the next steps of the process.

We have recently started an automated recruitment process this has proved very successful in helping our Recruitment Team but we now want to increase direct communication with candidates to add a greater "personal touch" to the pathway that will deliver more high quality staff starting with the company.

As the role is remote the working hours can be flexible to suit the organizational need and to respond to the needs of the applicant. Outline working hours will be agreed with the chosen candidate prior to starting with us. The new staff member would use an application set up on a mobile phone that will act as a work handset and allow the company to monitor calls this will form the basis of the hours at work for payment purposes. There is also the possibility of a bonus scheme for impact upon the growth of the business on top of the hourly rate.

Working between the hours of 6am 2:30pm (AM shift) or 3.30pm - 11pm (PM shift) Working alternative weekends or every Saturday/Sunday Must have a right to work in the UK. Don t worry if you don t have experience in care, we can provide industry leading training that ensures even though with no knowledge of the role can become the very best Care Workers. Responsibilities Community Care Workers are required to undertake various tasks for clients such as washing, dressing, preparing meals, administering medication, companionship, and general assistance with everyday living for those who are unable to manage these themselves physically.
