Hours of work
37 hours a week/ Hybrid working - 2 days minimum in the office each week, flexible working (half-day) Friday's.
Travel may be required on occasion between company offices and Client sites

Must Haves
* Can obtain sc clearance
* Around 3 years experience working in a similar role
* Have a degree in Project Management or relevant field
* Previous nuclear background experience
* Understand the principles and practices of planning, risk and cost management at program and project levels.
* Have awareness of the stage-gate principles of project delivery.
* Able to work flexibly as part of a team, asking for & giving support as needed.
* Able to initiate & learn to prioritise own workload.
Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members.
* Curious in your thinking and apply your technical knowledge to analyse problems and create innovative solutions.
* Be results driven mentality with an ability to achieve set objectives.
* Enthusiastic about your own career development and a motivation to learn.
* Understand the techniques for risk management.
Desirable
Have previous experience managing high value projects
Key Responsibilities:
* Identifying needs that can be successfully addressed by projects
* Consult with the assigned Project Manager to seek guidance and input during the key phase of each project
* Implementing and maintaining effective integrated project execution strategies and plans
* Providing accurate and timely information and reports regarding the project status, activities and performance
* Liaising with customer Project Manager to create the overall strategy and subsequently plan delivery of the program and individual project packages in line with this
* Implementing and maintaining effective communication to the project team and stakeholders
Identifying and monitoring project risks (threats and opportunities) and planning and implementing response to these and responding to other issues that affect the project
