Job Title: IT Network Manager
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Grade E - £33,450 - £37,129
Start: As soon as possible
We are looking for a Network Manager to join our supportive and talented team at CLF Central Team. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
Reporting to the Service Engineer, the Network Manager will take lead responsibility for the development and maintenance of the academy network and support to its users. They will coach and mentor the Senior ICT Technician as well as proactively manage the development, implementation, availability and security of an effective ICT infrastructure and processes. They will also assist in the reactive technical and diagnostic ICT support within the academy and/or central offices. The post involves the direction and line management of designated IT Technicians and responsibility for communicating with technical and non-technical staff.
The postholder will possess the ability to balance the need for operational integrity with the needs of the educational business.
This role will be based at Monkton Wood Academy, Taunton but travel throughout our Somerset cluster will be required.
