JOB TITLE: Receptionist
JOB TYPE: 12-month Fixed term contract, Full-time

SALARY : £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm,
LOCATION: Harlesden/Park Royal, London

Responsibilities/Duties
- Ensuring excellent customer service as a key representative and first point of contact for the company
- Greeting all visitors into the office, advising on local parking, ensuring signing in procedure is followed
- Answering phones, taking accurate messages, transferring calls internally
- Hospitality for visitors, offering refreshments and arranging breakfasts or lunches for meetings. Social event planner
- Monitoring office necessities such as stationery and kitchen supplies, ensuring these are fully stocked
- Management of the post, re-routing to the correct department, ensuring external post is delivered on time
- Getting legal documents signed, executed, and sent to third parties
- Performing a wide range of admin duties such as photocopying, printing, transcribing, filing, as required
- Comprehensive diary management, arranging appointments, booking travel, setting up meetings and booking meeting room system suing Outlook
- General ad-hoc administrative support to Directors, Senior Management, and the wider project team
- Undertaking periodic checks throughout the day to ensure the communal workspaces are neat and tidy for maximum working efficiency
- To work to the Company's Quality, Environmental and Safety Management System standards and performance criteria including delivering the objectives set
- To co-operate on matters of health and safety and follow the training provided. To take reasonable care of personal and other's health and safety at all times
- Any other duties consistent with the role of Receptionist as may be required from time to time.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent IT skills - proficient in suite of Microsoft programmes (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Awareness of and adherence to company policies and health and safety requirements
- Confidence speaking to people on the phone and in person
- Comfortable in handling office space in excess for of 35 direct team members, effectively managing multiple lines of communication at a time
- The ability to multitask; if you are in the middle of admin, be able to answer the phones and man front of house simultaneously
- Prior experience of working in a live site environment
- Accustomed to a busy and live office environment
- Being a team player and able to adapt to different personalities and situations in the workspace
- Manage applications for local authority permissions and licenses across all sites, submit applications, track expiry dates, and manage renewals.
