Senior Sales Negotiator, Chiswick

You will be joining an incredibly experienced team with a wealth of experience and a brand that precedes them. They have a strong presence across London through their vast network of offices.

The role

As a sales negotiator you will be a pivotal part of team and will be main point of call, working closely with the sales director you will have access to the entire market.

Regularly contacting buyers and focus on building strong relationships, following up on leads, booking and attending viewings.

As a fundamental member of the office you will be expected to lead by example and demonstrate excellent customer service and client delivery. You will be involved in all aspects of the sales process and will use initiative and experience to ensure smooth transactions.

What's needed

• Must have an ambitious and can do attitude
• Should be a natural sales person with the ability to communicate
• Good knowledge of the sales market
• 2 years experience as a Senior Sales negotiator
• Driven outlook with desire to build a name
• Competitive energy and willingness to thrive in commission role
• Full driving license

The rewards

• OTE £50k plus
• Basic salary £25-£30k (depending on experience)
• Competitive scaled commission structure
• Car allowance
• Alternate Saturdays
