About the Pub
Lying at the entrance to the historic town of Godmanchester, the Black Bull presents a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on operator, supported by a small team. Recent external decorations and new signage have just been completed, giving the site excellent kerb appeal to attract passing trade. The entrance to the pub is off the street and leads into the main bar which provides 50 covers and a separate area which houses bench seating and dining. The decoration is traditional with an open fire and wooden beams that complement the panelled walls and give a cosy and welcoming feel. The trade kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with access directly to the trade area. There are two function rooms with self-contained bar facilities, a separate kitchen and toilets.
