Job Title: SAP Data Migration Expert with HR, Payroll, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur Experience - ECC to S/4 HANA Transition
Location: Client Office in Leeds (3 days per week)
Job Description:
We are looking for an SAP Data Migration Expert with specialized experience in HR and financial systems, including SAP HR, Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and Concur, for transitioning from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA. This role requires working on-site at the clients office in Leeds for 3 days each week, with the flexibility of remote work for the rest of the week.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Migration Expertise:
- Plan and execute data migration from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA, with a focus on HR and financial systems (SAP HR, Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, Concur).
- Manage data cleansing, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes specific to HR and financial data.
- Functional Knowledge and Collaboration:
- Utilize functional knowledge of SAP HR, Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and Concur to ensure accurate data mapping and integration.
- Work closely with HR and financial departments to understand their data and system requirements.
- Project Management:
- Coordinate both on-site and remotely with various teams to align with the migration strategy.
- Oversee the migration project, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
- Testing and Training:
- Conduct thorough system testing to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
- Provide targeted training and support on the new S/4 HANA system, with a focus on migrated HR and financial modules.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor post-migration system performance, especially in HR and financial modules, recommending improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X years] experience in SAP Data Migration, including ECC to S/4 HANA transitions.
- Strong functional knowledge and experience in SAP HR, Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and Concur.
- Proficiency in SAP Data Services and other ETL tools.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certification in Data Migration or specific functional areas (HR, Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Additional experience with financial systems migration.
