Job description
We are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Coordinator to join a team in Swindon. As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to key clients. Your primary responsibility will be to support customers by providing timely and accurate information, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
Someone with Sales B2B experience is preferred but it not a cold outbound sales role. You will be expected to quote and handle incoming sales enquiries
Key Details:
- Full-time position, 35 hours per week
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
- No requirement to work on bank holidays

Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive and professional support to customers through phone and email communication channels
- Maintain excellent customer service levels, with a focus on timely response to queries and quotations
- Collaborate with the Internal Sales and Customer Service teams to manage existing customer accounts and target and develop new business opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the network of distribution customers, addressing their enquiries, processing orders, and providing quotations
- Ensure prompt and accurate handling of customer queries, keeping customers informed throughout the process
- Log and track customer enquiries and quote requests, utilizing software systems such as CRM and SharePoint
- Collaborate with the Technical team to gather relevant pricing, delivery, design, and technical data for customer enquiries
- Proactively build and nurture customer relationships to increase sales potential
Requirements:
- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers
- Previous B2B direct sales or support experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible, can-do attitude
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Office 365 is essential
