What you will do in your working day

• Grow our sales of second hand goods, increase our community impact and raise income to tackle the housing emergency
• Support the workshop manager in effective management of volunteers, stock and premises
• Deliver efficient and safe workshop guidance and instructions
• Learn and develop new skills and support the upskilling of local people

The training you will be getting

• Level 2 Furniture Manufactoring Apprenticeship Standard

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

• Towards the end of your apprenticeship we will support you on what different progression options could look like after completion
