Job description


We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Cost Administrator to join the Finance Operations Team here at AXA on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. The UK insurance market is one of the most competitive and advanced markets in the world and profitable growth of personal lines business forms a key part of AXA UK strategic plans. The purpose of this role is processing charges to Occupational Health Clients on a case-by-case basis.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. Training for this role will take place in our Tunbridge Wells office, and once fully trained the expectation is to work a minimum of two days per week in office.

What you'll be doing:

Assess cases raised on AXA’s Customer Relationship Management system.
Ensure cases are accurate and correct, and approving cases for invoicing.
Work within a vital process, enabling Occupational Health clients to be invoiced accurately within agreed timescales.
Raise and resolve queries relating to cases raised.
Work across the wider department and around the business to improve processes and to improve customer experience.
Deputise for other Finance Cost Administrators when required.
