Southampton , your role goes beyond the traditional classroom setting. Your primary responsibility is to develop strong connections with students, understanding their unique needs, and providing the support they require. No specific qualifications are necessary; however, your innate empathy and dedication to making a positive impact are essential.
Requirements:
- Must be a patient and reliable
- Be able to work well in a team
- Be proactive in meeting student's needs
- Have 1:1 experience with children with SEN
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to the well-being of students.
