For the successful Recruitment Consultant , we are offering:

• £28,000 to £34,000 per annum DOE.
• Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm)
• Every 2nd Friday off in addition to 19 days holiday + bank holidays rising every year after two years of service, and your birthday off on us!

The Role - Recruitment Consultant:

• Being part of a team that develops your client portfolio through a mixture of Business Development and New Business Sales
• Providing a consultative approach to support our clients
• Building lasting relations with customers and networking through the businesses.
• Working collaboratively with our in-house Talent Acquisition team to ensure that your roles are recruited for in an effective manner
• Keeping up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities to improve the client's operations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry associations.

What we are loo king for in a Recruitment Consultant:

• A highly motivated individual with proven recruitment experience - ESSENTIAL
• Valid driving license - ESSENTIAL
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Strong PC skills and the ability to record accurate data.
