We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. You will also be responsible for handling inquiries and resolving payroll-related issues. The ideal candidate has a strong background in payroll administration, extensive knowledge of federal and state regulations, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
Process and audit payroll on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Maintain payroll records and generate reports as needed
Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and management
Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate employee data and payroll changes
Stay updated on federal and state regulations related to payroll processing
Assist with year-end payroll activities, including tax filings and W-2 preparation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in payroll administration
Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £10.47
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
