Location: TELFORD - TF1

Salary: £11.50 to £13.00

Pay Rate:  £11.50 - £13.50 p/h dependent upon relevant experience

Hours:36.5 hrs Monday - Friday

We are pleased to be supporting a well established company based within the Telford area, who are recruiting for an Administrator on a Temporary - Permanent basis. 

As an Administrator, you would ideally possess previous experience and be able to fulfil duties such as

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Director
• Support with a varied range of administration duties
• Upload weekly invoices
• Generate weekly documents and reports for Key Customers
• Diary Management
• Help maintain internal and record management systems
• Ensure that data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data, and review and update policies

Skills

• Previous experience essential 
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to converse at senior level
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
