Role Details
Müller is looking for talented placement students to join the Early Careers team, mainly working with Apprentices across the UK. This is an opportunity for students to challenge themselves by getting involved in a variety of purposeful projects. Within this role you will be exposed to UK wide recruitment campaigns and engagement for Apprentices, whilst also providing support into talent development, focusing on career growth for employees.
Early Careers (Apprentices) Intern Role:
- Collaborate in Early Career projects ensuring all actions are achieved on time.
- Support with managing a careers fair calendar for events, ensuring we are present at as many events as possible with support from relevant sites/apprentices.
- Liaise and networking across internal and external stakeholders, such as attending career fairs to gain feedback to feed into future plans.
- Support recruitment campaign and assessment centres across UK, this is also an opportunity to boost your own skills for the future.
- Support on-boarding of new starters including ‘keeping in touch strategy’ and 2 week induction period.
- Supporting with development days of Apprentices with skills, tools, and techniques to up-skill and grow capability.
- Create connections with schools to support the school engagement programme, enhancing your understanding of the early careers market and Müller’s competitive landscape, as you embark on your journey to becoming an industry thought leader.
- You’ll be trusted to lead on your own tasks and independently report back to management.
- Take part in a group project with all placement students.
Who Should Apply?
Müller are looking for exceptional second year students who are required to undertake a placement year as part of their studies and are on track for a 2:1 degree qualification or above.
