Salary Grade 6 £44,682 - £49,598 per annum including London Weighting.

Full time, permanent.

Central is seeking an experienced and versatile Timetable and Space Utilisation Manager. This is an exciting role to lead on the academic delivery and the wider and holistic requirements that need to be serviced in the efficient use of available space and resources.

Central is an international leader for professional drama, theatre and performance-related courses and you will have the opportunity to work with students (and staff) at our campus located at Swiss Cottage.

The post holder should possess excellent organisational and communication skills, and demonstrable expertise brokering between needs and ambitions of the organisation, they will co-ordinate and collect the academic programme data, research requests, short course and business requests and student union requests to support and build, maintenance and management of the timetable. The post holder will support the accurate allocation of rooms through professional liaison with academic and professional service colleagues to develop effective and efficient teaching timetables that meets the needs of students and staff and optimises the space utilisation of the campus.

The post holder will assist students, staff, and faculty members with all aspects of the University's timetabling processes and systems, ensuring accurate and timely information is available to all stakeholders.
