We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded main contractor based in Oxford. The business works across various sectors including commercial, education, accommodation and heritage, with projects typically valuing up to £20mil. The business is family owned and over the years has created a supportive, friendly yet hardworking culture which has led to a number of employees being with the business for 10+ years.
Due to a recent succession of project wins, they're now looking to grow their commercial team bringing experienced Surveyors to the business. As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be required to manage your own project through from pre-construction to final account. You will report into the Commercial Manager and likely be responsible for a junior Surveyor working alongside you within the business.
In return, they're offering a salary of up to £75k + Package and the opportunity to work for a regional business with a diverse and interesting range of projects to manage.
