Sales Negotiator
Location: Erith, London
Salary: Base £25k, OTE £30k - £35k (Including car allowance)
5-day working week with a day off on Tuesday or Thursday and work on Saturday
The Client:
Our client is an award winning Estate Agents with multiple offices around London & Kent, specialising in sales, lettings, mortgages, new homes and investment services.
The Role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be building and maintaining relationships with clients and negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities:
? Successfully negotiate offers.
? Drive the business forward by offering great customer service.
? Greeting buyers & vendors.
? Sales Progression.
? Registering customers.
? Matching requirements & arranging viewings.
? General Administration duties.
Requirements:
? Previously worked as an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator or in a similar role.
? At least 1 years' experience in Estate Agency.
? Excelllent communication skills both written and verbal.
? A full UK driving license and own a car.
Shift:
? Monday to Friday: 08:45 - 18:00
? Saturday: 09:00 - 17:00
? Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00
? Sunday work occasionally, potentially replacing a Saturday
