SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – 29870DFB
Up to £60 – £65k plus car allowance from £550 to £670 per month
25 days holidays – plus BH
Office based with Site Visits
5% pension contribution
Medical cover
We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based or 5 years+ experience, Project Quantity Surveyor to work out of our Warrington based office.
The expectations will be to look after up to 3 live projects at any one time as well as assist in the tendering process and completion of final accounts on completed projects.
Projects value range from £5 million up to £40 Million – although usual Project Size average is £10-15 million.
We operate in the commercial new build and refurbishment sectors, carrying out trad build and D&B contracts for Education, Public, heritage and industrial sectors.
You will need to have proven checkable references of previous successfully completed projects.
Degree Qualified.
Full UK Driving License.
